| I got this recipe from my friend, Karen, who highly recommended it. I sort of 'adapted' it a bit to the the ingredients I had on hand. As you do. |
| Ingredients: chicken mince, chickpeas, chutney, curry paste, spring onion. (It also needs salt.) |
| 2. Drain the chickpeas. Rinse, and mash up a bit with a fork. |
| 3. Chop and add the spring onions |
| 4. Add 2 tbsp homemade curry paste (the recipe said to add 2 tsp curry powder) |
| 5. Add 2 tbsp homemade Cheeky Chilli Chutney (the recipe said to add 2 tbsp mango chutney) |
| 6. Mix it all up |
| 7. Form into burgers (this made 13) |
| 8. Fry em up like this in not much oil |
| 9. Serve em up with my friendly neighbour's (Sal) fantastic Rhubarb Relish (the recipe said to use more mango chutney) and garden fresh veg or salad 10. Enjoy!! |

400g tin chick peas
2 spring onions
2 tbsp mango chutney
2 tsp curry powder
