What’s in it?
Pasta, cauliflower, broccoli, sour cream, and cheddar cheese. But it was the topping which was the crowning glory of this beautiful meal – a mixture of fresh bread crumbs, toasted pancetta, rosemary, olive oil. It was also supposed to have parmesan on the top, but we forgot that bit. However parmesan would’ve been fabulous and added even more flavour.
Ok to freeze?
I think so. We’re going to try and freeze some anyway and I expect it will be fine. It’s great having a few meals in the freezer we can pull out and eat when we’re both too tired to prepare a meal from scratch.
This was a beautiful meal to have on a cold winter’s night. Next time we make this we won’t forget to put the parmesan on the top. Also I think we made it a tiny bit too tulupsty which made it a bit too loose. It will possibly harden up as it cools anyway. But the topping is so fantastic, we will be generous with that too. Good one, Jamie!
The only problem with this dish is that I et too much of it.
