Vanilla Ice Cream
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla paste (or extract)
2 cups cream
Place egg, milk, sugar and vanilla in a blender and blitz until the sugar dissolves. Pour in cream and blitz until just combined. Then, with the machine running, pour mixture into the machine and process till desired consistency.
Was going to make the killer chocolate but I think I will give your vanilla a whirl tonight...got some fresh raspberries to put through it....nom nom nom
